Turnaround Time: My clock starts upon email receipt of the PDF transcript.
I work Monday-Saturday from 8:00 A.M-8:00 P.M. Transcripts received after 8:00 P.M. or on Sunday will be registered the following workday at 8:00 A.M.
For example, at the standard rate, if the transcript is received at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday,
I’ll return it to you no later than 2:00 P.M. on Friday.

Additional Charges: Some transcripts will be billed at a higher rate because they require extra work.
Add $.05 per page for transcripts with more than the standard 25 lines per page.
Add $.10 per page for medical or technical transcripts with lots of complex terminology.
Add $.10 per page for transcripts with an excessive number of errors per page.

Minimum Charge: The minimum charge for any transcript is $10.
